A “hero” who attacked a shuttle bus driver was detained in Sevastopol

In Sevastopol, police detained a 19-year-old local resident who insulted and threatened to beat a shuttle bus driver.
A few days ago, while monitoring instant messengers and social networks, police officers discovered a video in which an unknown young man, while near a route bus, insulted the driver with obscene language, swung at him and threatened to beat him up. Not only eyewitnesses of the incident, but also users of social networks reacted negatively to the hooligan behavior of the offender. After finishing his work day, the victim, a 59-year-old man, filed a statement with the police. The identity of the rowdy was quickly established and measures were taken to find him.— reported the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Crimea.
Officers of the criminal investigation department of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Nakhimovsky district, together with police officers from a separate battalion of the PPSP named after Vasily Buzin of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the city of Sevastopol, detained the participant in the incident. He turned out to be a 19-year-old local resident. He partially admitted his guilt in the crime committed.
The police investigation department opened a criminal case against the attacker under Part 1 of Art. 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Hooliganism”), he faces up to five years in prison. The defendant was detained in accordance with Art. 91 Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation.
