A hotel will appear on the basis of an unfinished hotel near the Yalta-Intourist hotel. Five-star

CrimeaPRESS reports:

One of the largest investment projects of recent times will be implemented by the Soyuz Marins Group film company, which includes the Yalta-Intourist and Green Park hotels (the former Donbass boarding house). A new hotel complex under the working name «Marins Grand Hotel Yalta» will appear on the basis of an object unfinished in the 90s.

Since the project was stopped in the 90s, many companies have tried to resume construction. Now we are responsible for its completion. Our team has made such a decision, and we must do it in the interests of the entire city and the Republic. I would very much like the new hotel to become better and more beautiful, more modern and more comfortable than what was conceived in the 90s. This is our task— Albert Sargsyan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Soyuz Marins Group Management Company, noted during the presentation.

The complex, which is being implemented by this investor, is currently one of the largest in the Republic of Crimea in terms of room stock and will definitely become the largest after the commissioning of a new premium hotel. In principle, we do not have enough quality rooms. The fact that the project is being implemented despite all the geopolitical and logistical difficulties, and is being implemented jointly with the Government of Crimea with the support of the federal government using modern funding mechanisms, is extremely important.— stressed the Minister of Resorts and Tourism of the Republic of Crimea Vadim Volchenko.

The Crimean authorities assure that they will provide comprehensive support to the investor.

Today, the investor presented several options for a future five-star hotel with different floors and number of rooms. Panoramic windows overlooking the sea, swimming pool, restaurant, parking, in some offers — a cable car to Yalta-Intourist and a Ferris wheel. Specialists have examined the structures — they are in a satisfactory condition. I thank you for your courage, for taking the risk to complete what others could not do before you.— said the head of the administration of Yalta, Yanina Pavlenko.
