A “hotline” about power supply disruptions and damage to energy facilities has been launched in Crimea

Operators will contact applicants who were unable to get through due to line load.

The head of the Republic of Crimea, Sergei Aksyonov, held a working meeting, during which the results of the work of the State Unitary Enterprise of the Republic of Crimea “Krymenergo” to restore power supply disrupted as a result of the disaster were summed up.

As Aksyonov noted, the two main problems faced by Crimeans were the inability to call the hotline or contact officials directly using social networks, as well as the overly prolonged process of restoring the electricity supply.

General Director of the State Unitary Enterprise of the Republic of Crimea «Krymenergo» Vyacheslav Gaiduk said that the heads of some regional branches and head divisions of the enterprise failed to cope with their responsibilities, therefore a number of personnel decisions were made, including the dismissal of the first deputy general director — technical director and director for operational and technological management of the State Unitary Enterprise of the Republic of Crimea «Krymenergo».

Acting Minister of Internal Policy, Information and Communications of the Republic of Crimea Albert Kurshutov, in turn, said that another multi-channel hotline number has started working to receive information about power supply disruptions and damage to energy facilities +7 (978) 535-35-35.

All incoming call lines are analyzed, allowing operators to determine which calls have gone unanswered and contact the complainant. In addition, Crimeans will receive SMS notifications that their application has been accepted and sent to the regional office of the enterprise for work. Also this week, a telegram bot will start working, where you can also send your application and receive a notification that it has been accepted.

On behalf of Sergei Aksenov, the Ministry of Internal Policy, Information and Communications of the Republic of Crimea will analyze the functioning of social networks of all officials and management of municipalities, organizational conclusions will be made by the end of the year.

Sergey Aksyonov emphasized that Krymenergo employees who took part in restoring power supply worked almost around the clock.
