A list of official beaches has been approved in Sevastopol

On the eve of the swimming season in Sevastopol, a list of official beaches was approved. There are 27 of them in total.

The swimming season will run from June 15 to September 15. We drove around and examined all the beaches. In addition, after the start of the season, the city department will visit all the beaches weekly. If any deviations are identified within the framework of beach maintenance, a notice will be issued to eliminate the violationssaid Deputy Director of the Department of Municipal Economy Nikolai Bitosov.

Sevastopol Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev emphasized that he will personally inspect the readiness of some beaches after the start of the swimming season.

Let us remind you that swimming and spending time on unofficial beaches is dangerous to life and health. On the officially approved beaches, landscaping is carried out on the eve of the season, they undergo a mandatory certification procedure in the GIMS of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and Rospotrebnadzor, and the safety of vacationers is ensured. To do this, CCTV cameras, warning systems, rescue towers and medical posts are installed on the beaches, the bottom is examined and lifeguards are provided with work.
