In Crimea, the Department of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Simferopol region is establishing the whereabouts of the missing Yuri Fedorovich Ratsky, born on March 21, 1990, a resident of Simferopol.
On the night of October 15, the man left home and has not returned to date. Signs: Appearance: 30-33 years old, height 180 cm, average build, medium-length dark brown hair, brown eyes, small scar on the left temple. Wearing: black cap, black jacket, blue jeans. He had with him a black backpack, a silver ring with the inscription: “Save and Preserve,” and a gray bicycle.
During the operational search activities, it was established that the missing Ratsky Yu.F. rides the above mountain bike in the Republic of Crimea. On November 11, 2023, he was spotted in the village. Gromovka, Saki district— reported the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Crimea.
