A man who escaped from a colony-settlement was detained in Crimea

The beginning of the story — HERE. And already on June 7 in the evening, during the operational-search activities by the employees of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia in the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, convicted S.V. Ivanov (born in 1964, who had previously arbitrarily left his workplace and did not return to the colony-settlement, where he was serving a sentence for committing theft, was detained.
The materials on this fact were sent to law enforcement agencies for a procedural decision. Man faces up to four years in prison— reported the press service of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol.
It should be reminded that in colonies-settlements convicts are kept without guards under the supervision of the administration of the institution. During the hours from wake up to lights out, they enjoy the right of free movement within the colony-settlement. Also, with the permission of the administration, they can move outside the correctional facility, if necessary for work or study. In addition, convicts may wear civilian clothes and carry money.
