A meeting on the general plan of Sevastopol was held at the GAU «Institute of the General Plan of Moscow»

Recall that last year in Sevastopol were adopted PZZ. The rules define 42 territorial zones. For each of them, urban planning regulations have been established, which relate, among other things, to the development and operation of any capital construction projects. Experts note that a lot of work has been done to determine the status of the CRT (comprehensive development of the territory) for territories that are potential for development. And this, according to experts, is a huge stepping stone for the continuation of work on the general plan of Sevastopol.

We continue to work on the master plan. Nikolai Valeryevich Gordyushin continues to cooperate with us as an expert. In the General Plan, we must take into account all the changes that have taken place and directly affect the development of the city. This is both real population growth and the need for infrastructure. Pay special attention to protected areas, especially valuable agricultural lands, to answer the questions of the development of Fiolent and other areas of SNT, experiencing a shortage of social, communal and transport infrastructure. It is important for us to find a solution to those land conflicts that became possible back in the Ukrainian period , — the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes the governor of the city Mikhail Razvozhaev.

In the near future, work will begin, the so-called «field» studies of the transport model. For several months, including in the summer season, when traffic flows are changing dramatically, specialists will study the bottlenecks of the urban transport framework, peak loads on highways. Only after these studies will we be able to understand where and what objects to place, where and what roads to build, what speed limit to set on them, etc.

It should be noted that it is also planned to conduct focus groups with Sevastopol residents to receive feedback during the preparation of the Master Plan. As soon as the master plan is ready, in accordance with the law of Sevastopol, public hearings will be held.
