A meeting with relevant specialists will be held in Sevastopol on Pregnant Day

CrimeaPRESS reports:

Since 2023, Pregnant Days have been held in the Russian Federation twice a year – on April 7 and October 7. The activities are aimed at increasing the birth rate, supporting pregnant women and strengthening family values. One of the key areas for increasing fertility is comprehensive support for women during pregnancy. To develop this area, the Demographic Platform of the Russian Federation founded the project allpregnant.rf.

The goals of the project are to establish a new paradigm for caring for every pregnant woman in society, to promote an increase in the birth rate by increasing the status of a pregnant woman in society, and to provide primary prevention of induced abortions by affirming the value of every pregnancy.

In Sevastopol, an event dedicated to Pregnant Women’s Day will be held on October 7 at 11:00. In the conference room of the advisory clinic No. 5 at General Ostryakova Ave., 211A, a meeting will be held with the chief freelance specialist in obstetrics and gynecology Elena Levanovich, the chief freelance psychologist Lesya Geriy, the chief freelance neonatologist Natalya Spiridonova, the chief freelance pediatrician Elena Borisenko. The event will also be attended by specialists from social assistance, social movements and the clergy.
