A meetup was held at Technopark “IT Crimea” to improve personal effectiveness and develop soft skills of IT specialists

A meetup dedicated to the development of “soft” skills was held at the Technopark “IT Crimea” — experienced speakers addressed the participants, including: PSB system analyst Yulia Yushchik, business analyst and consultant Ksenia Strekalova, businessman Dmitry Filippov.
During the event, experts and participants discussed topics of development of soft skills that are important for any specialist. Yulia Juszczyk spoke about methods that help identify the strengths and weaknesses of the test taker. Ksenia Strekalova shared her practical experience of the influence of the environment on achievements and the level of efficiency. In addition, the business coach shared life hacks about proper time management, daily routine, and ways to increase concentration when completing tasks. Dmitry Filippov spoke about methods of combating anxiety and ways to maintain a neutral, balanced state.
One of the most important tasks of the IT Crimea Technopark is the formation and development of a community of IT professionals on the peninsula. As numerous studies show, one of the key requests of a modern employer for an IT specialist is, in addition to basic technical expertise, developed “soft” skills. Carefully monitoring trends in the IT industry, Technopark tries to integrate current requests for the field into its own training program. This is how the idea of holding a meetup dedicated to the development of soft skills, – said Dmitry Zelensky, General Director of Technopark “IT Crimea”.
