The head of the department instructed the head of the Main Investigative Directorate of the Russian Investigative Committee for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol Terentyev to initiate a criminal case on this fact and submit a reportthe message says.
As the Investigative Committee explained, reports appeared on social media that in Yalta, local residents, during a quarrel over a minor issue, caused bodily harm to a SVO participant. The victim required medical attention and is currently in hospital.
