A memorandum was signed on the integrated development of the territory of the 7th kilometer of the Balaklava Highway

The government of Sevastopol has signed a memorandum with the Specialized Developer Korabelny (GK InterStroy) on the integrated development of the territory of the 7th kilometer of the Balaklava Highway. The document was signed on June 16 at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum by the Governor of Sevastopol Mikhail Razvozhaev and the manager of the limited liability company Specialized Developer Korabelny, part of the InterStroy group of companies, Oleg Leukhin in the presence of the Minister of Construction and Housing and Communal Services Irek Fayzullin.

Today we signed an agreement on the implementation of the first major project for the integrated development of the territory in Sevastopol. The amount of investments planned for investment will be at least 40 billion rubles. In fact, we will have a new residential microdistrict, which will have everything you need for a comfortable life for Sevastopol residents, and most importantly, I remind you that under the terms of the CRT, the developer will transfer at least 5% of housing to the city fund— the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev.

This is the first major memorandum on CRT in Sevastopol, the developer plans to build 400 thousand square meters of housing, so the agreement was signed in the presence of the Minister of Construction and Housing and Communal Services Irek Fayzullin. It should be noted that Sevastopol introduces no more than 500 thousand square meters of housing in the city.

The project provides for the construction of: four kindergartens, a secondary school, a multi-profile outpatient polyclinic complex, a sports and recreation complex with a swimming pool.

The signing of this agreement is important both for the InterStroy group of companies and for Sevastopol as a whole. As part of the project, a whole array of high-quality residential development with infrastructure facilities will be created. Sevastopol is changing, the InterStroy group of companies is proud that we can contribute to the development of the city— notes the manager of the limited liability company Specialized Developer Korabelny.

The project also provides for the construction of a complex of multi-apartment residential buildings. In the microdistrict, it is planned to create a square with a public building and a shopping center, a pedestrian boulevard, a square, a cycle path, ground and underground parking, as well as providing an accessible environment for people with limited mobility.

This project was presented at the All-Russian «green» conference in Novosibirsk as an exemplary one. Landscaping will make up 35% of the total area of ​​the territory. The master plan of the territory was reviewed and approved by the Town Planning Council under the Government of Sevastopol on December 13, 2021.

The signing of the memorandum on the KRT will allow to begin work on the design of the complex. The architectural style will be agreed upon by the Architectural Council, in addition, the parameters of the KRT will be agreed upon by the Town Planning Council.
