CrimeaPRESS reports:
The fact that a mill and a cereal shop for the production of flour and cereals began to operate in the Krasnogvardeisky district. This was reported by the First Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Crimea, Alime Zaredinova. The mill’s productivity is up to 50 tons of rye flour per day with a rye flour yield of up to 92%.
This is one of the enterprises that produces flour from grain from the Crimean harvest, as well as wheat and barley groats. Millet production is now being established. Boris-Agro LLC is one of our largest agricultural producers, which has been working in the field of crop production for more than 25 years. In several areas he grows barley, wheat, rye, corn, flax, chickpeas, sunflowers and other crops. Now, the production process is looped — from cultivation in the field to the processing line into finished products. Her company plans to supply large bakeries in the republic, as well as kindergartens, schools, and shops on the peninsula. The mill in the village of Zernovoe was operating in test mode, and has now received all permits— the press service quotes Alime Zaredinova.
The first deputy minister of agriculture of the republic also noted that this agricultural enterprise, like other Crimean enterprises, annually receives state support in various areas. For example, last year we received subsidies to support elite seed production, diesel fuel, and grain sales.
Such assistance helps our agricultural enterprises to develop dynamically, purchase seeds, update their fleet of agricultural machinery, and expand production. Boris-Agro LLC, like many of our other enterprises, performs the most important social tasks in rural areas: it employs residents, the number of full-time employees here is more than a hundred, all highly qualified, with specialized education, some have enormous experience in this field. In addition, they actively participate in the public life of the villages of Krasnogvardeisky and Dzhankoy districts, and also provide assistance to schoolsnotes Alime Zaredinova.
The First Deputy Minister also spoke about the fact that 16 large, medium and small businesses are engaged in the production of flour and cereals in the republic. So from January to November 2023 they produced 109.9 thousand tons of flour, which is 3.5% more than the same period in 2022, and 2.7 thousand tons of cereal, which is 0.4% more than the same period last year of the year.
