In Sevastopol, a criminal investigation has been completed accusing a minibus taxi driver of violating traffic rules while driving while intoxicated, which through negligence resulted in serious harm to human health (clause “a”, part 2, article 264 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
The investigative department for the Gagarinsky district established that the 48-year-old driver of a Mercedes minibus in the evening of October 28, 2023, followed a regular passenger route in the area of u200bu200bthe street.
