A mother of many children from Sevastopol is a finalist in the “Leaders of Russia” competition in the Southern Federal District

Sevastopol mother of four children Lyubov Bolyakina became a finalist in the fifth anniversary season of the Leaders of Russia management competition. Lyubov Bolyakina is the founder of the native culture club “Uklad”, the head of cultural projects of the public organizations “Living Museum of Folk Art “Tavricheskaya Rus’” and “Bereginya”.

This is the second time a mother of many children is participating in Leaders of Russia; in the fifth season, she reached the district finals in the Southern Federal District. In her opinion, participation in the competition allows you not only to conquer new heights, learn something new and meet a large number of talented and interesting people, but also gives you the opportunity to do something useful for society.

My idea is to return to the people of Russia the lost forms of mental development from traditional folk culture. Immerse your children in your business, let them be your helpers in everything. A mother’s example is the most important thing in raising children. My family is saturated with my activities and constantly participates in them. Children are brought up with the understanding that Russia needs to be served. They even have a code phrase “Mom is saving Russia,” which means I’m busy at work. This personal example of purposeful service is key in education. All my children know that they were born not to rest, but to work for the good of the world– the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes Lyubov Bolyakin.

She is confident that fulfillment in the family and children contributes to developing even more actively.

It’s not at all difficult for a mother of many children to juggle many things at once. I learned to hear four people at once and at the same time respond to everyone at once, that is, having many children hones multitasking and stress resistance to perfection, separates the important from the unimportant, makes you think cleaner and more clearlysays the mother of many children.

Let us remind you that the leadership competition “Leaders of Russia” has been held since 2017 on behalf of the President of the Russian Federation. The fifth season of the project started in April 2023. Over the entire period, more than one million applications from 150 countries have been submitted to participate in the competition.
