According to her, at the moment 33 benches made of environmentally friendly material have already been installed in Gagarin Park. Another 12 are in operation. Eco-benches are reinforced bases of old benches with updated slats. They are made from recycled plastic and sand, are environmentally friendly, durable and are not affected by weather conditions. At the same time, ecolamels are practically no different from their predecessors in appearance.
It is worth noting that the lining of the “Tabletka” stage area in the park was made from a similar eco-friendly material. In the future, specialists from the Capital Parks Municipal Budgetary Institution plan to replace the slats on the remaining benches of the park, as well as update the trash cans,” the press service of the Simferopol administration quotes Galina Fomina.
