A new kindergarten for 260 places was opened in the village of Kacha

On behalf of Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev, kindergarten No. 103 in the village of Kacha opened its doors today for 260 students. Construction of the preschool institution began in January 2021 under the state program “Socio-economic development of the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol.”

The kindergarten has a modern infrastructure, equipped with playgrounds and sports grounds with multifunctional small architectural forms, interactive equipment (sandbox, floor, speech therapy complex), a winter garden and a sensory room. The kindergarten has two music halls and one physical education hall, a computer class, an aircraft modeling room, an art studio, and offices for a psychologist and a speech therapist.

This is a unique project with an unusual architectural solution. The garden porch resembles an airplane fuselage. Everything is very symbolic, because Kacha is the cradle of aviation. Today we observed the sincere joy of the children, happiness from new groups, new venues, so many impressions and emotions. Kachin families will remember this day for a long time. The staff of the institution welcomed everyone with open arms and an open soul. Kindergarten is a big family. It is very important to note that in kindergarten, in addition to the usual activities, there is additional education. And one of the directions, a new direction for the 103rd kindergarten, is aircraft modeling. The following additional education programs are available at the preschool institution: young Kachin cadets, ethics, etiquette and secular traditions, mental arithmetic, artistic development, cartoon studio, aircraft modeling. A program has also been developed to teach safe road traffic rules.

On behalf of all the residents of Kachi, I thank the governor and the Government of Sevastopol for their assistance and control over the implementation of this large-scale project at all stages, for the new opportunities that are now open to both children and employees. I also thank the parents for their sincere help in moving the kindergarten from the old building. 94 specialists will create comfortable conditions for our children, — notes the head of the kindergarten, Yulia Sidorova.

The preschool building is designed for 14 groups, of which 4 are nurseries for children aged 1.5 to 3 years and 10 preschool for children aged 3 to 7 years.

Let us recall that over 10 years, 13 new preschool education facilities with 3 thousand places were built as part of Russia in Sevastopol.
