A new kindergarten-nursery is being built in the Novonikolaevsky microdistrict of Simferopol

The institution is designed for 120 pupils.

Construction of a new kindergarten-nursery is underway in the Novonikolaevsky microdistrict of the city of Simferopol.

Currently, the contractor’s specialists are concreting the basement walls, reinforcing vertical structures, and moving existing utility networks beyond the boundaries of the site. The construction readiness of the facility is 10%. The building will be equipped with group rooms, each of which will have bedrooms, playrooms and bathrooms. There are also assembly and sports halls, a separate catering unit, a medical room and a security room.— reported the Republican Ministry of Construction and Architecture.

The facility is being implemented within the framework of the state program of the Russian Federation “Socio-economic development of the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol”.

The volume of construction financing in accordance with the investment passport is 231.2 million rubles. Completion of construction and installation work is scheduled for December 2026.
