The right to receive payments have families in which, starting from January 1, 2025, a third child or subsequent children was born.
Now large families will be able to receive up to 1 million rubles to repay the mortgage. Funds are presented from the regional and federal budget,-quoted the press service of the Government of Sevastopol, Deputy Director of the Department of Capital Construction, Irina Gagarin.
An important number of conditions for receiving payment: a place of residence (registration) of the family — Sevastopol. Real estate acquired using a mortgage is located in the city, and the family has a mortgage loan to improve housing conditions and a payment was received under a federal support measure.
This agreement is of great importance for large families of Sevastopol. Firstly, an increase in the amount of payment for repayment of a mortgage is significant financial support, which will significantly reduce the debt load on the family budget. Secondly, thanks to this extent support, a larger number of large families will be able to improve their living conditions, ”Irina Gagarina said.
