A new tourist… automobile route along the Uch-Kosh gorge has been opened in Crimea

The Crimean National Park presented a 12-kilometer driving route along the Uch-Kosh gorge, from the Pear Glade cordon to the Red Stone cordon and the Museum of Partisan Glory. This path coincides with a new route for walking and cycling that opened earlier. This is reported by Tourist portal of Crimea.
The nature reserve route begins behind the Yalta village of Sovetskoye. The starting point is the “Pear Glade” cordon. There is a national park ticket office, which is open from 9:00 to 17:00. By presenting your identification documents, you will receive a pass and buy tickets. The route is available any day of the week. Tourists will travel through one of the longest gorges of Crimea – Uch-Kosh. The picturesque mountain forest route will delight you with views and springs. In the finale — a trip to the «Red Stone» cordon, where during the Great Patriotic War the camp of the Yalta partisan detachment was located. The museum, created in 2015, tells about the history of the partisan movement in Crimea. Nearby is a viewing platform from where an unforgettable panorama of the southern coast of Crimea opens.
Traveling along the new route will cost 800 rubles for adults. For children 7-16 years old there is a 50% discount upon presentation of a birth certificate. Up to 7 years – free. Up to 10 cars will be able to hit the road at the same time.
