A new mobile tourist information center has opened in Sevastopol today. It is located on the Yalta highway near the Laspinsky pass, at the entrance to the Great Sevastopol Path. The center will be open daily from 08:00 to 17:00.
The new tourist information center aims to promote eco-tourism. Here you can rent equipment for the via ferrata route, organize a safe escort and learn more about the Great Sevastopol Trail. Employees of the center will consult residents and guests of the city free of charge, providing all the necessary information, including the safe passage of trails— said the head of the tourism department of Sevastopol Larisa Ostapenko.
During the solemn opening ceremony of the center, children from the governor’s school labor teams took part in a master class on knitting knots, equipment for via ferrata, setting up tents.
In addition, according to the head of the tourism department, another tourist information center will open by the beginning of the swimming season. It will be located in Lyubimovka and dedicated to beach tourism on the North Side.
Recall that in Sevastopol, two tourist information centers are open all year round on the Kornilov embankment, 1 and on the territory of the restaurant complex «Wine 78».
