This night in Simferopol, on Kievskaya Street there was a massive accident. It was previously reported that there were several injuries and the serious condition of the 62-year-old driver, whose car was hit by the culprit of the accident. Unfortunately, the man died in the hospital.

Well, the culprit of the accident, and this has already been confirmed, is a member of the Public Chamber of Crimea Oleg Shcherbakov.

It was established that the driver was born in 1987. A Volkswagen Touareg collided with two cars. As a result of the accident, the driver of the Skoda Octavia was taken to the hospital, where he later died.

The investigation of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the city of Simferopol opened a criminal case on the grounds of a crime under Part 4 of Art. 264 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (Violation of traffic rules and operation of vehicles). Automotive, forensic and biological examinations have been scheduled, the conclusions of which will be added to the materials of the criminal case. Some details of this terrible accident. It all happened at 00:05 on Kievskaya Street, near house No. 6. The culprit of the accident was moving from the direction of the square. Kuibysheva in the direction of st. Bespalova. At some point, he entered the lane intended for oncoming traffic, as a result of which he collided with a Daewoo Nexia car, driven by a driver born in 1992, moving towards him. After which a Volkswagen Touareg collided with a Skoda Octavia driven by a driver born in 1961. As a result of the accident, three car drivers were injured and taken to the hospital. We repeat, unfortunately, one person died.
