A notary of the city of Sevastopol conducted a lesson in legal literacy for primary school students

November 20 was the All-Russian Day of Legal Assistance for Children. The date was chosen in honor of the adoption of the Declaration of the Rights of the Child on November 20, 1959 by the UN General Assembly.
The 1959 Declaration of the Rights of the Child is an international document that defines the fundamental rights and principles that should be ensured for children throughout the world. The Declaration was adopted on November 20, 1959 by the United Nations General Assembly and has since become the main source of international law relating to the protection of children’s rights. In honor of this day, a member of the notary chamber, notary of the city of Sevastopol Zoya Budzinovskaya, held a lesson with students of grade 4-A of the Ecotech + School, dedicated to the fundamental rights of children around the world. The lesson was held with game elements in constant feedback with the children who showed initiative, interest and showed remarkable knowledge,” reported the Notary Chamber of Sevastopol.
It should be noted that part of the lesson was devoted to the responsibility of children, the correct perception of information and the consequences of abuse of their rights.
At the end of the meeting, the children received the Constitution of the Russian Federation for children and sweet gifts as encouragement in the pursuit of new knowledge.
