A pensioner from Feodosia distinguished herself on social networks: she posted a post in support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

An administrative fine in the amount of 30 thousand rubles was imposed by the Bakhchisarai District Court of the Republic of Crimea on a pensioner from Feodosia for discrediting the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in order to protect the interests of Russia and its citizens, maintaining international peace and security within the framework of the demilitarization and denazification of Ukraine.
As it became known, on February 14, 2024, during operational search activities, police officers of the Russian Department of Internal Affairs in the Bakhchisarai region identified a citizen born in 1954 who posted materials discrediting the Russian Armed Forces on one of the social networks. The pensioner’s social network feed contained posts in support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. At the court hearing, the woman admitted her guilt in full, repented of her crime and asked not to punish her strictly.noted the press service of the court.
The court considered that the offender’s guilt in committing an administrative offense had been proven and her actions were subject to qualification under Part 1 of Art. 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, as public actions aimed at discrediting the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in order to protect the interests of the Russian Federation and its citizens, maintaining international peace and security.
In addition, administrative punishment is a measure of responsibility established by the state for committing an administrative offense and is used to prevent the commission of new offenses, both by the offender himself and by other persons.
