Photo exhibition «Russia from a bird’s eye view» dedicated to the Day of Russia has opened in Simferopol.
The exhibition was prepared by the Ministry of Internal Policy, Information and Communications of the Republic of Crimea, together with the Russian Geographical Society, and consists of photographs of the winners and finalists of the largest Russian wildlife photo contest «The Most Beautiful Country», among which are the works of our fellow countrymen — Crimeans.
Russia is scale and grandeur. More than 190 peacefully living and productively creating ethnic groups. Eleven time zones, more than a dozen natural areas and 130,000 species of animals. Majestic mountains and sand dunes, warm seas, deep lakes, mountain rivers and waterfalls, forests and deserts — all this is Russia. Our Motherland is boundless. Let this exhibition inspire you to a more reverent and careful attitude towards our common home — Russia— commented Alexander Dyachenko, Deputy Minister of Internal Policy, Information and Communications of the Republic of Crimea, inviting residents and guests of the capital to get acquainted with the exhibition.
The photo exhibition is designed to display a wide variety of relief, climate, flora and fauna, characteristic features of different parts of our great country from a bird’s eye view.
The exhibition is located on Lenin Square (near the Musical Theater of the Republic of Crimea). Residents and guests of the capital will be able to see the exposition until the end of June.
