A photo exhibition dedicated to the Year of the Family was presented in the center of Sevastopol

On the square adjacent to the Palace of Children’s and Youth Creativity, the grand opening of a photo exhibition dedicated to the Year of the Family took place. The guests of honor were: O. Director of the Department of Education and Science Maxim Krivonos and regional coordinator of the All-Russian project “Navigators of Childhood” Natalya Zagorodnyaya. The meeting participants were advisors to directors of education with their families, relatives, friends, as well as activists of the First Movement.

Today we opened an exhibition of a large family of the education system. It is very symbolic that the exhibition in honor of the Year of the Family was replaced by an exhibition in the same place in honor of the Year of the Teacher and Mentor. Many people believe that a teacher is a person who is with children at school all the time, and the teacher’s family sometimes fades into the background. Today we showed that mentors, childhood navigators, are the same as all other residents of Sevastopol. They also have a family. They have brothers, sisters, mothers, fathers, grandmothers, husbands, children. And it is very important that advisers to education directors show by their example what a family is, what traditional family values ​​are. What our President is talking about: that you need to keep faith, traditions, you need to respect your elders, love your relatives, honor your parents — these basic things are embedded in our cultural code. When working with children, it is important to become an example for them, to show love for the Motherland and neighbor through your actions and attitude towards life. Childhood navigators shared special stories that were reflected in photographs. Thus, Lidiya Skovorodina, adviser to the director of education at school No. 9, is pictured with her family — her husband and children; Tatyana Starodedova from school No. 31 is pictured with her closest person — her mother, who helped her decide on a profession; adviser to school No. 14 Alina Goncharenko is pictured with her brother and sister at a bright event dedicated to the end of the school year at school, and Ekaterina Kazeeva, adviser to the director of school No. 19, together with her youngest son at the “Eaglets of Russia” shift at the Laspi children’s camp.

Family is an atmosphere of complete mutual understanding, respect and support. No career and no money can replace a father’s strong hug and a mother’s tender kiss, which gives great strength. Family is our colleagues, friends, mentors who support us in difficult times. Family is our team of Childhood Navigators of Sevastopol. In the Year of the Family, we have prepared interactive games for the “Eaglets of Russia” project, a regional event #FamilyWednesday92, family math classes and creative competitions, which are already taking place in every school, and the result of the Year of the Family will be a parent-child forum,” notes Natalya Zagorodnyaya.

The photo exhibition is divided into four thematic zones: the All-Russian project “Navigators of Childhood”, the Year of the Family in Russia, the Movement of the First, the All-Russian competition “Big Change”.

The photo captures a wonderful moment in school life. I myself am a graduate of school No. 14, where I now work as an adviser. In the photo we are with my brother and sister, who also study at this school. The Year of Family is a great opportunity to once again remind us how important it is that we have each other! And, of course, we are incredibly pleased to know that one day our grandmother will walk along the embankment of Sevastopol and look at this wonderful photo and she will be filled with a feeling of pride for us– shared Alina Goncharenko.

The peculiarity of the exhibition is that any schoolchild, teacher, or parent can use the Qr code to go to federal projects and find a direction to their liking, in which they can develop their creative abilities and realize their wildest ideas.
