A preventive raid took place in Yalta to suppress the facts of illegal business

The Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the city of Yalta, together with the city administration, organized measures to suppress the facts of unauthorized trade and illegal business activities.
During the raid, the police checked retail facilities and citizens involved in the sale of various kinds of products, as well as providing advertising services on the municipal territory. Particular attention was paid to the central streets of the city and the availability of documents in accordance with the law confirming the safety and quality of goods and documents for entrepreneurial activities. Based on the results of the audit, the efforts of the police and the administration revealed and documented 11 violations under Art. 3.11 of the Law of the Republic of Crimea dated 06/25/2015 No. 117 ZRK (violation of the improvement rules established by local governments)— noted in the press service of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Crimea.
All collected materials were sent to the Administration of Yalta for consideration and legal decision.
In order to prevent the sale of low-quality goods by illegal entrepreneurs, the joint work of the police and the city administration will continue.
