The prosecutor’s office of the city of Kerch approved an indictment in a criminal case against a local resident who has been repeatedly convicted. She is charged under Part 4 of Art. 111 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (causing grievous bodily harm resulting in the death of the victim through negligence).

According to investigators, the accused, during a conflict that arose between her and her acquaintance over the latter’s demands for additional purchases of alcohol, struck him at least 7 times on the head with a wooden block. The victim died from his injuries in hospital a few days later.— reported the prosecutor’s office.

The accused admitted her guilt in committing the crime in full.

The criminal case with the approved indictment was sent to the Kerch City Court for consideration on the merits. The Kerchanka faces severe punishment — up to 15 years in prison. And the court is unlikely to be lenient…
