A prosecutor's investigation is being conducted into the fact of flooding of houses in TSN «Sugarhead»

About the night incident — flooding houses in the Sevastopol TSN “Sugar Loaf” we reported the day before. Today it became known that the prosecutor of the Balaklava district of Sevastopol, Alexander Tolstykh, visited the scene of the incident. A prosecutor’s investigation is underway.

It has been previously established that the flooding occurred as a result of an increase in the level of the Chernaya River, the causes of which are being established. The gardening partnership has 40 land plots, more than half of which were affected by the flood. Two citizens needed the help of rescue services to escape from the territory of flooded households. In total, 11 families permanently reside in the partnership.

Currently, the competent authorities and services are taking measures aimed at eliminating the flood. The prosecutor’s office monitors compliance with the rights of citizens living in this garden community– reports the press service of the Sevastopol prosecutor’s office.

Based on the results of the inspection, if there are grounds, prosecutorial response measures will be taken.
