A record debtor was discovered in Sevastopol. Traffic violator collected fines… worth a million rubles

In Sevastopol, employees of the State Traffic Inspectorate detained a persistent violator of traffic rules and a defaulter of administrative fines totaling more than one million rubles.
During traffic supervision, employees of a separate traffic police battalion of the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in the city of Sevastopol stopped an Audi A6 car driven by a 38-year-old driver. During a document check by traffic inspectors, the car owner was found to have unpaid administrative fines totaling 1 million 73 thousand 325 rubles. 2 enforcement proceedings were initiated against the debtor to collect taxes for a total amount of 75 thousand rubles, for violation of traffic rules — 5 thousand rubles, however, in favor of individuals and legal entities, the debt amounted to 72,9245 and 525,000 thousand rubles— reported the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the city of Sevastopol.
Employees of the State Administration of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol were called to the place of detention and offered the debtor to pay administrative fines. Since the order of the bailiffs was not fulfilled on the day of the arrest, the vehicle was seized and sent to a specialized parking lot.
