A recreational cluster will be created in the village of Privetny in the Alushta urban district

The project involves the construction of social and tourism infrastructure.

The head of the Republic of Crimea, Sergei Aksyonov, said that in the village of Privetny, Alushta urban district, it is planned to implement a project for the integrated development of the territory.

This will be the first, trial, recreational cluster in the Republic of Crimea. It is planned to start the project next year and complete the work – within five years, – noted the Head of the Republic.

The total area of ​​the cluster will be 480.6 hectares; it is planned to build both residential and non-residential facilities, including social and tourist infrastructure.

Relevant order signed by the Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin.
