A repeat drunk driver was detained in Sevastopol
CrimeaPRESS reports:
Employees of the Russian Guard stopped the actions of a man who got behind the wheel drunk in the Nakhimovsky district of Sevastopol.
A 24-year-old local resident was drinking alcohol in his friend’s apartment and stole his car when his friend fell asleep. Having woken up, the owner reported the incident to law enforcement agencies. A private security detail quickly detained the attacker, who immediately tried to move into the passenger seat.
The owner of the car later withdrew the report of the theft. But his friend will still bear criminal liability for repeated driving while intoxicated.
