A report on budget execution for nine months was approved in Sevastopol

At a meeting of the Government of Sevastopol chaired by Mikhail Razvozhaev, a report on the execution of the city budget for the nine months of 2023 was discussed. The report was presented by I. O. Director of the Finance Department Alexey Plotnikov. The report was prepared on the basis of budget reporting, which was submitted to the federal treasury and accepted. Growth in own income — 16%, in gratuitous income — 140%.
Over the nine months of 2023, the city treasury received 59.5 billion rubles, including 19.7 billion rubles in taxes and tax revenues, as well as 39 billion rubles in gratuitous revenues. Cash execution in terms of income was 68.9%. Compared to last year, income increased by 31%. The total amount of expenses for nine months amounted to 60.7 billion rubles, or 64% of the total purpose. Compared to 2022, the volume increased by almost 17 billion rubles, or 38%, the press service of the Sevastopol Government quotes Alexey Plotnikov.
The largest amount of funds was spent in the following areas:
- national economy – 16.8 billion rubles;
- social policy – 9.9 billion rubles;
- education – 8.5 billion rubles;
- healthcare – 6.8 billion rubles.
The reserve fund of the Government of Sevastopol was planned in the amount of 324 million rubles; as of October 1, 258 million were allocated.
All priority budget expenses as of October 1, 2023 were fully financed, in accordance with the cash plans approved for the reporting period for the main managers. Social expenses over nine months increased by 31%, of which the wage fund increased by 15%, social payments to citizens — by 76%. Expenses for compulsory health insurance for the non-working population also increased.,” notes I. O. director of the finance department.
Traditionally, a report on budget execution will be sent to the Legislative Assembly of Sevastopol.
