A resident of Alushta will go on trial on charges of murder, perfect 12 years ago

Investigators of the Investigative Department for the city of Alushta and forensic investigators of the forensic department established that on the night of November 23, 2013, a drunken man during a quarrel with his 31-year-old acquaintance inflicted many blows to her in the area of ​​the head and trunk. The woman died of the injuries received, and the attacker dropped the river in the riverbed near his own house and left the crime scene. All these years, the accused was hiding in the territory of the Zaporizhzhya region, being in care of his mother and secretly earnings, so as not to fall into the field of view of law enforcement agencies. However, during systematic work on the disclosure of crimes of past years, the location of the man was established, he was detained in Melitopol by police officers-voiced the details of the case in the press service of the department.

During the investigation, it was also found that the defendant at the place of residence in the Zaporizhzhya region kept cartridges to firearms, which were seized during the investigative actions.

A sufficient evidence base has been collected. The man recognized his involvement in the commission of crimes during the interrogation and showed in detail the circumstances of the application of violence to the victim on the spot. At the request of the investigator, the accused is detained.

Currently, the criminal investigation has been completed. The materials were sent to the prosecutor’s office for the study, signing the indictment and further referral of the case to the court for consideration on the merits.
