A resident of Bakhchisarai will answer for the desecration of the monument dedicated to the heroes of the NWO

The Bakhchisaray District Court of the Republic of Crimea has taken into custody a 23-year-old resident of the city of Bakhchisaray for desecrating a monument dedicated to the heroes of the Northern Military District, posting a video on the Internet social network confirming it to servicemen participating in the Special Military Operation on the territory of Ukraine.

The court granted the petition of the senior investigator of the OD of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Bakhchisarai district to choose a preventive measure in the form of detention in relation to a 23-year-old suspect who, on the evening of August 25, 2023, relieved himself of a small need for a sculpture of the symbols Z and V on the alley along Frunze Street in the city Bakhchisaray, next to posters in support of the military— noted in the press service of the court.

The reason for choosing such a measure of restraint was the initiation of a criminal case on the grounds of a crime under Part 2 of Article 214 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation — vandalism. During the investigation of this criminal case, the young man will be held in custody in a pre-trial detention center.
