A resident of Feodosia was convicted of driving while intoxicated.
The prosecutor’s office of Feodosia supported the state prosecution in a criminal case against a local resident. Based on the evidence presented by the prosecutor’s office, he was found guilty of committing a crime under Part 1 of Art. 264.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (driving a car by a person in a state of intoxication, subjected to administrative punishment for failure to comply with the legal requirement of an authorized official to undergo a medical examination for intoxication)according to the press service of the prosecutor’s office.
It was established that on April 2 this year, in the daytime, the driver, previously brought to administrative responsibility for drunk driving, was moving along the roads of the resort town, being intoxicated.
The guilty person was sentenced to 120 hours of compulsory work with deprivation of the right to engage in activities related to driving vehicles for a period of 1 year and 6 months.
The car “MITSUBISHI MONTERO” belonging to the guilty person… was confiscated for the benefit of the state. There was a jeep … and no, the “green snake” ate it.
