A resident of Feodosia received 10 years in prison for «bookmarks»

A resident of Feodosia was sentenced to 10 years in prison for attempting to distribute synthetic drugs through hiding places — «bookmarks». A 31-year-old man was found guilty of committing a crime under Part 3 of Art. 30, paragraph «g» part 4 of Art. 228.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (attempted illegal sale of narcotic drugs, committed by an organized group using information and telecommunication networks (including the Internet).
It was established that in early January of this year, the convict tried to sell five bundles with a narcotic substance — N-methylephedron, with a total weight of 1.28 g, placing them in «hidden places» on the territory of Feodosia, which were discovered by police officersthe prosecutor’s office said.
The court, in accordance with the position of the prosecutor — the state prosecutor, sentenced the guilty person to 10 years and 10 days of imprisonment in a strict regime correctional colony. The convict was taken into custody in the courtroom.
