CrimeaPRESS reports:
In Feodosia, a previously convicted local resident was sentenced to 12.5 years in prison for the murder of his neighbor. He was found guilty of committing crimes according to Part 1 of Art. 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (murder).
The court found that on April 25, 2023, a resident of Feodosia, previously convicted of murder, while on the territory of his neighbor’s household in the village of Blizhnoe, during a conflict with a woman, shot her in the chest area with a hunting rifle. The attacker was promptly detained by employees of the internal affairs bodies, and a preventive measure was chosen for him in the form of detention— said the prosecutor’s office.
The court, taking into account the position of the state prosecutor, sentenced the man to 12 years and 6 months of imprisonment to be served in a special regime correctional colony. The verdict did not enter into legal force.
