The Feodosia prosecutor’s office supported the state prosecution in a criminal case against a 31-year-old local resident. He was found guilty under Part 2 of Art. 264.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (driving a car by a person in a state of intoxication subject to administrative punishment for driving a vehicle while intoxicated).
The court found that on January 2 of this year, the man, while drunk, got behind the wheel of a Daewoo Nexia car, endangering other road users. Near house 31 on the street.
