A resident of Kerch, an online extremist, was punished for posting photographs of Nazi symbols

A 22-year-old resident of Kerch carried out extremist activities during 2022, which included displaying legally prohibited photographs of Nazi symbols and publications on his page on the social network VKontakte. By decisions of the Kerch City Court of the Republic of Crimea, the Kerch citizen was brought to administrative responsibility:
- for carrying out public actions aimed at discrediting the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in order to protect the interests of the Russian Federation and its citizens, maintaining international peace and security, in the absence of signs of a criminal offense in his actions, he will be subject to administrative punishment in the form of an administrative fine in the amount of 40,000 rubles
- for committing public actions aimed at disseminating information expressed in an indecent form that offends human dignity and public morality, obvious disrespect for society, the state, official state symbols of the Russian Federation, the Constitution of the Russian Federation or bodies exercising state power in the Russian Federation, and namely the President of the Russian Federation V.V. Putin, if there are no signs of a criminal offense in his actions, will be subject to administrative punishment in the form of an administrative fine in the amount of 60 thousand rubles
- for public display of Nazi symbols will be subject to administrative arrest for a period of 10 days.
The resolutions did not enter into legal force.
