A resident of Sevastopol was recalculated in court and charged for the actually consumed natural gas.

For a long time, the woman could not get a recalculation for gas from the Public Joint Stock Company «Sevastopolgaz», her requests were ignored by the organization’s employees, continuing to issue invoices. After the organization once again ignored the citizen’s demand and continued to send receipts with unreasonable prices for services, the woman filed a lawsuit in court, which ordered the management company to recalculate the cost of services. The executive document was submitted for execution to the Lenin branch of the UFSSP of Russia in Sevastopol. For some time, the management company ignored the need to enforce the court decision, in connection with which the bailiff applied a set of enforcement measures against the debtor, including a ruling on the collection of a performance fee , the press service of the UFSSP of Russia reported. in the Sevastopol.

Also, the management of the organization was warned about the possibility of criminal liability under Art. 315 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Non-execution of a court verdict, court decision or other judicial act”, which had a convincing impact. Thanks to the actions of the bailiff, the natural gas consumer received a receipt with the recalculation made. To date, the requirements of the claimant have been satisfied, the enforcement proceedings have been completed by the actual execution.
