A resident of Sevastopol killed his mother

The main investigative department of the IC of Russia in the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol completed an investigation into a criminal case against a 48-year-old resident of Sevastopol. He is accused of committing a murder (part 1 of article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).

The investigative department in the Gagarinsky district established that in the evening on February 13 of this year in the apartment of an apartment building on the October Revolution Avenue, a man, while intoxicated, found out a relationship with his 70-year-old mother. During the quarrel, he inflicted several blows to an elderly woman, after which he applied a suffocating reception, as a result of which the pensioner died on the spot. At the request of the investigator, the accused by the court was detained where it is contained to date, -voiced the details of the family tragedy in the press service of the Main Directorate of the IC of Russia in the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol.

All necessary investigative actions have been completed. The investigation of the criminal case has been completed, it was sent to the court for consideration on the merits.
