A resident of Sevastopol repaid about 100 thousand rubles of tax debts and debts in favor of an individual. After the intervention of bailiffs.
Enforcement proceedings against the citizen were initiated in the bailiffs’ department of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia for Sevastopol in the Balaklava district. The citizen was notified of the initiation of enforcement proceedings, but was in no hurry to pay the debts, as a result of which, at the end of the voluntary period for the execution of the court decision, the bailiff issued a decision to collect the enforcement fee. In the course of checking the property status, an employee of the department established that a vehicle was registered for a citizen on the right of ownership, which the debtor hid. The bailiff applied enforcement measures to the debtor citizen, seizing the vehicle belonging to the non-payer , the press service of the UFSSP of Russia for Sevastopol reported.
In order not to lose the car, the debtor repaid the debt in full, including the performance fee.
