A resident of Sevastopol will answer for public actions aimed at discrediting the Russian army

In the course of monitoring the Internet, the police of Sevastopol revealed in one of the social networks publications discrediting the activities of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in connection with the conduct of a special military operation in Ukraine.
Employees of the Center for Combating Extremism of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the city of Sevastopol quickly identified the author of the posts and detained him. The author turned out to be a -year-old local resident. And she already fell into the field of view of law enforcement officers.
In March of this year, the girl was already prosecuted for similar illegal activities. The court found her guilty of committing an administrative offense under Part 1 of Art. 20.3.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Public actions aimed at discrediting the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in order to protect the interests of the Russian Federation and its citizens, maintain international peace and security” and imposed a penalty in the form of an administrative fine in the amount of 30 thousand rubles. Despite this, the violator did not take the path of correction and continued to post materials discrediting the activities of the RF Armed Forces in the public space.
Currently, an administrative protocol has been drawn up against a local resident under Part 1 of Art. 20. 3.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, and the materials collected by the police were sent to the Leninsky District Court for consideration on the merits , — noted in the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the city of Sevastopol.
