A resident of Sevastopol will pay a fine for insulting the chairman of her TSN in the Internet mixer

The prosecutor’s office of the Balaklava district of Sevastopol conducted an audit on the appeal of the chairman of the horticultural partnership of insult.

It was established that in March 2025, in the Telegram Internet mixer, in a group on the problems of TSN functioning, a partnership member published an offensive commentary on the chairman of her partnership. The victim took a photo of the published message and filed a complaint with the prosecutor’s office. The district prosecutor’s office in relation to a bushing woman opened a case of an administrative offense under Part 2 of Art. 5.61 Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (insult using the Internet),-voiced the details of the case in the press service of the prosecutor’s office of Sevastopol.

Having examined the materials of the case, the justice of the Leninsky judicial district of Sevastopol fined the guilty of 5500 rubles.
