A resident of Sevastopol will stand trial for committing sexual crimes against his daughters
CrimeaPRESS reports:
The Main Investigation Department completed the investigation of a criminal case against a 35-year-old resident of Sevastopol, accused of depraved and other sexual acts against his daughters.
The investigative department for the Nakhimovsky district of Sevastopol established that the man lived in a private house in one of the villages of the Nakhimovsky district together with his common-law wife, 5 native children and another adopted daughter. From mid-2018 to the end of 2022, the man, alternately being alone with his 13-year-old underage stepdaughter and his own daughter, who had reached the age of 7 by that time, repeatedly committed sexual crimes against them. Only after a while, the older girl, having learned about the commission of crimes against her younger sister, reported these facts to her aunt, who passed the information received to law enforcement agencies— told the Investigative Committee.
Investigators, in cooperation with employees of the OUR OMVD for the Nakhimovsky district of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the city of Sevastopol, confirmed the man’s guilt in committing violent crimes against minors, which he did not admit. At present, the investigation of the criminal case has been completed. All necessary investigative actions have been taken. Previously, a measure of crossing was chosen in relation to the accused in the form of detention, where he is still being held.
The case materials were sent to the prosecutor’s office for the purpose of studying, signing the indictment and sending it to court. The court will make a decision taking into account a number of aggravating circumstances, including the commission of crimes against minors by the parent.
