CrimeaPRESS reports:

Sevastopol resident Sergey Shinkarenko* was lucky in the 76083rd draw of «Sportloto» 5 out of 36 «. During the drawing, the man won a super prize of 3,000,000 rubles. Due to the fact that the participant noted several combinations of numbers on the ticket at once, his winnings increased and amounted to 3,006,060 rubles.

My path to victory began three years ago. Then I had a dream that I was celebrating a win. In this lottery, I often choose the same combinations of numbers that I like visually. One of them played in my favor, — the press service of Stoloto quotes the lucky one. — When I came to the Stoloto company store to find out about the results of the draw, the employee happily congratulated me. I was in seventh heaven from the flood of emotions. To be honest, in that dream I celebrated a larger amount. Now I will strive to win a bigger super prize.

Sergei Shinkarenko worked as a driver and in the construction industry until retirement. Having gone on a well-deserved rest, the man began to travel around the Crimea. Thanks to the money won, the winner plans to go on a trip to Thailand.

Since 2014, all lotteries in Russia have been state-owned, their organizers are the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Sports of the Russian Federation, and they are held under state supervision of the Federal Tax Service of Russia. State lotteries distributed by Stoloto are a significant source of replenishment of the budgets of different levels of the Russian Federation at the expense of targeted deductions. Target deductions from lottery activities are used to finance socially significant facilities and events, including events for the development of physical culture and sports, high-performance sports and the sports reserve training system, thus making a significant contribution to improving the quality of life of Russians.
