A resident of Simferopol owes his children 522 thousand rubles. Bailiffs intervened

CrimeaPRESS reports:

A resident of Simferopol did not transfer funds for the maintenance of his two minor children and accumulated a debt to them totaling 522 thousand rubles.

In turn, citizen D. filed a lawsuit against citizen D. in order to obtain legal payments for her children. The debtor believed that his former family could wait for some time. As a result, the bailiff of the bailiff department for the Central District of Simferopol of the Main Directorate of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol initiated enforcement proceedings against the debtor, which were subsequently combined into consolidated enforcement proceedings. Citizen D. did not take any action to repay the alimony debt. In order to encourage the debtor to fulfill his obligations to his minor children, the bailiff of the executive branch arrested his bank accounts, imposed a ban on registration actions with a residential building owned by citizen D. and temporarily restricted his right to travel outside Russia.

But even then the claimant with the children did not receive any alimony payments. As a result, the bailiff of the bailiff department for the Central District of Simferopol of the Main Directorate of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol brought citizen D. to administrative responsibility under Part 1 of Art. 5.35.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation and submitted the materials for consideration to the court. According to the court decision, citizen D. was obliged to pay two fines in the amount of 20 thousand rubles. The debtor did not do this and was soon again brought to administrative responsibility under Part 1 of Art. 20.25 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation. The court imposed a fine of 40 thousand rubles on him. Realizing the error of his actions, citizen D. repented, found the required amount and promptly paid the alimony debt, taking into account the fines imposed, in full, transferring the funds to the deposit account of the bailiffs department, — details of the family history were announced in the press service of the GUFSSP of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol.
