The Main Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol completed the investigation of a criminal case against a 48-year-old resident of Simferopol. He is accused of kidnapping a person with the threat of violence dangerous to health, with the use of objects used as weapons (clauses “c”, “d”, part 2 of article 126 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).

The investigative department for the Zheleznodorozhny district established that in September 2015, a man, wanting to take revenge on a relative of his ex-wife for preventing him from communicating with their common children, arrived at his place of residence on the street at night. The investigation of the criminal case has been completed, the materials have been sent to the court for consideration on the merits.
