A resident of the Belogorsky district will go on trial for bribery and fraud upon receipt of social payments

The main investigative department of the IC of Russia in the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol completed an investigation into a criminal case against a 51-year-old resident of the Belogorsky district, accused of giving a bribe, mediation of bribery and fraud upon receipt of social payments (part 3 of article 291, part 2 of article 291.1, part 3 of article 159.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).

The Belogorsk Interdistrict Investigative Department established that in 2023 the entrepreneur appealed to the acting at that time to the official of the Department of Labor and Social Protection of the Administration of the Belogorsky District with a request to help in the execution of benefits for the development of entrepreneurial activity for remuneration.

In fact, the commercial documented by a single -sum allowance ordered at his own discretion. For the preparation of relevant documents and the recognition of the contract, the executed official was transferred as a bribe of 65 thousand rubles. The man also acted as an intermediary in giving bribes to implement a similar scheme to his friends.

Criminal actions were identified in the interaction of the republican departments of the FSB and the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

The criminal investigation has been completed. The investigator conducted the necessary investigative actions, gives a legal assessment of the actions of all participants in the criminal scheme.

Earlier, the criminal case against the official was sent to the court for consideration on the merits.
