A citizen of the city of Krasnoperekopsk, she committed an administrative offense, namely, being at her place of residence, not being an individual entrepreneur and not having a license for the retail sale of alcoholic beverages, she carried out the illegal sale of handicraft alcohol-containing products.
For the illegal retail sale of alcoholic and alcohol-containing food products of handicraft production, a citizen will have to bear responsibility under Part 1 of Article 14.17.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation. At the court hearing, the offender admitted her guilt and did not dispute the factual circumstances. The court, having comprehensively examined the case materials, taking into account mitigating circumstances (admission of guilt, remorse for the crime, retirement age), and the absence of aggravating circumstances, came to the conclusion that the resident of the city of Krasnoperekopsk was guilty of the illegal retail sale of handicraft alcohol-containing products, imposing a penalty of 30,000 rublesnoted the press service of the court.
The resolution came into force.
